I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lauren. From the very first session, I felt truly heard, understood, and supported. She’s patient, non-judgmental, and offers a space where I feel comfortable opening up, even about the most difficult things. AMAZING!! Dr. Conor Penington is wonderful! I was having severe neck pain and meds weren't helping. They got me in as a new patient in one day. He was gentle and narrated the process of my assessment so I was aware of what he was doing. He adjusted me and the pain was COMPLETELY GONE. I didn't not expect such amazing results! I am VERY thankful that I chose his office to seek treatment! His staff is very kind, helpful, and accommodating! I feel so blessed to have found this chiropractic office. The doctors are very nice and have helped me tremendously from where I started. After having two concussions I was having terrible headaches and he has helped relieve a lot of that pressure, while not only focusing on that but the well-being and physical Health of his patient. He doesn’t just do what he does to make money, he does it because he truly cares, and you won’t find that in many places! 100% recommend to anyone needing chiropractic care.

I am a competitive cheerleader and have had ankle and back problems for almost 4 years now. I tried physical therapy, cortisone shots and have gotten x-rays, MRIs, and ultrasounds on my ankles and it seemed like no one could help. I finally went to Nebraska Integrated Health and saw Dr.Craig. After my first appointment, he knew what was wrong with my ankles and back. After just my first few appointments I could feel a difference and my pain was relieved. Part of my treatment plan was shockwave treatments and it helped tremendously as well. I also get migraines and Dr. Craig was able to help with that too. Not only is Dr. Craig patient and helpful, he also takes the time to get to know you and so does everyone else in the office.

Dr. Akridge is outstanding—knowledgeable, thorough, and his adjustments make me feel like a new person after just a few visits. He explains everything clearly and helps restore my body in ways I didn’t think possible. The office is professional, friendly, spotless, and incredibly efficient—you’re in and out quickly without disrupting your day. I’ve also seen Dr. Penington, who provides gentle yet effective adjustments, perfect for anyone new to chiropractic. Both doctors are excellent, and I couldn’t be more impressed!

The best Chiropractor I have ever been to. Hands down! Dr. Craig takes his time to get to know you and explains what adjustments he’s doing to make you feel more comfortable and at ease! Another plus side to going here, is the front line office ladies. They are absolutely amazing and beautiful! They know you and call you by name when you walk through the door. They always have a smile on their face and are happy to see you. They make the office setting relaxing and enjoyable. The 5 years I’ve been going there, I have never seen a dissatisfied patient. I have heard nothing but great things! Keep up the great work all of you!!! You’re all making a difference!!
